Understanding Islamic Giving
Project Overview: This project involved a comprehensive consumer behavior study coupled with secondary research aimed at understanding the giving habits of muslim donors for a prominent charity across multiple territories. By employing focus groups and surveys, we gathered valuable insights that informed strategic decisions for the client as well as developed strategic marketing plans that aligned with the clients objectives.
The findings not only enhanced the brand’s marketing strategies but also provided a clearer picture of consumer preferences and trends, we produced customer profiles to help the marketing teams ability to target and craft their messages. We also provided cascade-able insights to help communicate and educate all team members into understanding the Islamic faith personas and the key concepts that share the motivations of the donors.
